Please read this agreement carefully before accessing and using the services provided by Future Cloud. First, The Definition
1, Future Cloud Platform (hereinafter referred to as "Future Cloud"):

Second, Service Content
1, in order to use the services provided by Future Cloud, you need to register a Future Cloud account. Account name is your mobile phone number you provide, you need to set the password and confirm the verification code sent by Future Cloud account verification, the account to complete the initial registration. You need to set the relevant personal information. Your use of Future Cloud service, is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and restrict the use / access of your third party to your computer or mobile device, and you take full legal responsibility for all activities occurring under your account number and password.
2, you should know and acknowledge that Future Cloud is a platform for educational institutions to provide teaching software services. Organizations through Future Cloud platform services, both sides reached an independent service agreement, and assume the corresponding rights and obligations.

Third, Future Cloud's rights and obligations
1, After the entry into force of this agreement, according to your application, Future Cloud have the right to ask you to submit the relevant qualification documents, after the qualification examination and approval, you will open a registered account for you.
2. You have the right to review the live video, courseware, text, pictures and other information posted on Future Cloud. If you do not meet the publishing requirements of Future Cloud, Future Cloud reserves the right to refuse to release and terminate this agreement without any legal liability. Future Cloud only review the legitimacy of your information release, and does not assume the responsibility for the veracity of the relevant information to review, in case of disputes, by your own resolve, Future Cloud��s consent to the external release of your information does not mean that Future Cloud assume the same responsibility as you are.
3, Any one of the following circumstances, Future Cloud can suspend or terminate your live broadcast video, courseware, text, pictures and other information release, and delete, shield or disconnect the link and other technical measures, on condition that: 1) The information you posted was reported by the website user or any third party to Future Cloud; 2) Future Cloud found the information you are publishing is not authentic or there is a risk of infringement or illegal.
4, Your use Future Cloud platform, that is to agree to Future Cloud collect and use your reasonable use of this platform in the process of any information and data generated.
5, Future Cloud enjoy the provisions of this agreement supervision of the prompts, inspection, correction and other rights.
6, Future Cloud set up a convenient complaint and reporting channels for any alleged rights of infringement , and take reasonable relief measures in accordance with the law.

Fourth, your rights and obligations
1, you have the right to publish live video, courseware, text, pictures and other information on Future Cloud, and enjoy the preferential policies given by Future Cloud.
2, you should truthfully provide relevant business information, including but not limited to: business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, legal representative ID card. If you are engaged in special activities that require national pre-approval matters, you must provide other relevant qualifications. And to ensure the authenticity of the above qualifications and legitimacy.
3. You should operate the teacher to Future Cloud with the consent of the teacher himself and be responsible for verifying the authenticity and legitimacy of the qualification of the registered teacher. The qualification documents of the organization auditing teachers include but are not limited to ID card, teacher's qualification certificate and academic qualification card.
4, you must use the platform service provided by Future Cloud for legal purposes.
5, You are responsible for the truthfulness and validity of the information you publish. You are not allowed to publish any false or illegal information and statements on the Future Cloud platform. IF any content uploaded by you to Future Cloud is suspected of infringing on the legal rights of any third party, you must bear all the legal liabilities arising therefrom and should compensate for the actual and expected losses suffered by Future Cloud.
6. You shall not engage in criminal activities such as endangering national security and revealing state secrets, nor shall you engage in the making, inspection, copying and dissemination of any of the constitutional and legal acts that are in violation of the Constitution and laws, prevent public order and public security from undermining the unification of the country, undermining national unity, pornography, Violence and other information, shall not be released using Future Cloud any contains one of the following information:
7, you must ensure that the information released does not release the existence of one of the following information:
7.1 Opposition to the basic principles established by the Constitution;
7.2 endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power and undermining state unification;
7.3 damage to national honor and interests; infringe any third party public image or privacy of the content;
7.4 Incitement to ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination and destruction of national unity;
7.5 to undermine the country's religious policy, to promote cults and feudal superstition;
7.6 Spreading rumors, disrupting social order and undermining social stability;
7.7 Spread obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, homicide, terrorist or abetting crimes;
7.8 Insult or slander others and infringe other people's lawful rights and interests;

Fifth, intellectual property
1, If you publish manuscripts, courseware and other information or works on Future Cloud, you should independently and wholly own the relevant copyright. If there any third party complaints or reports, you should bear the relevant legal responsibility.
2, The contents of the service provided (including but not limited to web pages, text, images, audio, video, charts, etc.) By Future Cloud, the intellectual property is wholly owned by Future Cloud, without Future Cloud��s written permission, you shall not arbitrarily use or create derivative works.
3. Without Future Cloud��s written permission, you shall not use, copy, modify, disseminate or bind any part of the logo and graphic logo in any way or reason, and you shall not use any part that may cause consumer confusion Or any way of defaming or slandering Future Cloud for any goods or services.
4, Without Future Cloud��s written permission, you shall not copy, modify, publish, sell or lease Future Cloud��s service software or any part of software contained therein, nor reverse engineer or try to extract the source code of this software.

Sixth, exemption clause
Future Cloud shall not be liable for your direct or indirect losses under the following circumstances:
1, Future Cloud is an audio and video technology service platform, does not guarantee the accuracy of information, validity, timeliness or completeness. Information provided by the authenticity of the legitimacy of the information provider to assume the relevant legal responsibilities.
2, the service interruption caused by the event of force majeure or your loss caused by the reasons beyond the control of Future Cloud, Future Cloud does not undertake any responsibility.
3, If you share your personal registration account information to others or to share registered accounts with others, you shall be liable to any risk or loss resulting from that,
4, due to system maintenance or upgrade, and which causing the need to suspend network services, Future Cloud will notify in advance as possible as it can on its site.

Seven, the governing law and dispute resolution
1, the implementation and interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the People's Republic of China.
2. Any disputes between you and you should be solved through friendly negotiation and if no negotiation can be reached. Either party shall have the right to submit the dispute to the People's Court of Haidian District, Beijing for litigation.

Eight, the agreement takes effect
This agreement takes effect from the date you click "Agree".

Nine, early termination of the agreement
Each party has the right to terminate this agreement early and to assume no legal liability according to its own operational needs. To terminate this agreement early, you should notify us in writing or e-mail (zhiboyun@tal.com) one month in advance. If we need to terminate this agreement early, we will announce on the official website.

Ten, language
This Agreement is drafted in the Chinese language. If this Agreement is translated into any other language, the Chinese language version shall prevail.
